It is located by the sea in a small garden, 7 km from the centre of Funchal, near the best hotels of Madeira. This cosy Villa is the best place for every one who seeks peaceful holidays by the ocean side. This Villa offers a private access to the bath-centre of Ponta Gorda, where you can enjoy bathing in the Ocean and in swimming pools, and lovely seaside promenades for leisure walks. In the evening from the terrace bungalow you can feel the sea brise, watch small fish-boats fishing in the night and over horizon the Desertas Islands are rose with the sunset. Villa Calaça is composed of two apartments semi-detached the main house. Privacy and quiet is enjoyed in either unit. However in case of family and friends both units can be rented out at the same time. Each apartment has one bedroom with two beds, furniture and linen, one living-room with a sofa bed, fully equipped bathroom and kitchen, terrace for each apartment and private entrance and parking. Each apartment is ready to receive up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. A baby cot can also be provided (the baby stays free). The area were Villa Calaça is located has several rent-a-car facilities, supermarkets, post-office, banks, bus station, taxis station, pleasant restaurants, bars and night time entertainments.
